A great location with easy access to attractions, the hotel shined with an amazing pool and attentive staff—especially the breakfast crew who ensured a wonderful spread each morning. Management was quick to respond, although the initial experience left much to be desired. The dining area could use better regulations regarding attire, and noise from the hallways was disruptive at night. there’s potential here, but attention to detail and staff consistency could elevate the experience significantly.

Noise levels were manageable, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom did have some maintenance issues, including mold, which detracted from the experience. I appreciated the ample seating and space, but the remote was dirty, which was off-putting. While the aesthetics of the room could use some updates, the overall setup was functional for our family.

Spent Christmas at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. Beds were super comfy, good for a restful night. Plus, the swimming area was really nice, and we had a blast at the pool with the kids. Convenient location, and we loved the outside fire pit for some evening relaxation.
Breakfast area got a bit crowded at times, wish there were more space to move around. Additionally, had a slight issue with an initial room odor, but the amazing staff promptly addressed it, showing exceptional dedication to making our stay comfortable.

Breakfast was mouthwatering and the location was perfect for some quiet while still close to everything! The staff went above and beyond, making my birthday and honeymoon extra special with sweet surprises in our room. The pool was a blast, clean and open late, and I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after a fun day!

Great rooms with lots of space for kids. The theme park was really fun and kept them entertained all day.

It shows genuine care. Breakfast was impressive, especially for picky eaters. The staff member at breakfast was a delight, adding warmth to the morning. The check-in time discrepancy was inconvenient, and the cleanliness left much to be desired—with smudges and hair apparent. An upgrade to a suite was a much-appreciated gesture, yet attention to detail is essential. The potential is there; the execution needs refinement.

We hit up Dolly Parton's Stampede and The Grand Majestic Theater, both just a short drive away. The breakfast spread was lit, with pancakes galore! The rooms were chill and the pool vibes were on point.
Would've been epic if there was a cool rooftop hangout spot for us party-loving teens! .

The Ramsey Hotel has a caring team that truly stands out, especially in the breakfast area, which exceeded expectations. While the facilities are undergoing updates and lags in service did occur, they show promise with a well-maintained lobby and enjoyable pool movie nights for families.

This hotel is in an absolutely fantastic spot, making it easy to explore everything from the Smoky Mountain Car Museum, just 500 meters away, to the famous Dollywood, which is less than 3 km from the front door; we even enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local dining options like Red Rooster Pancake House and Cheddar's, both just a short stroll away, in addition to the comfortable beds and pleasant amenities that made our stay enjoyable. I did wish the check-in process could include early arrival options, but it didn't detract from the incredible experience or the warm, welcoming vibe from the staff.

The perfect place for any occasion with a 24-hour pool, fire pit movies, and popcorn. Staff helpful. Center is near everything. Welcoming to anyone looking for service and colorfully decorated.
I encountered more pets than people; cleanliness was a casual suggestion, not a rule.

My recent stay at The Ramsey Hotel And Convention Center was delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. We had a wrinkled shirt that we could have used an iron for. the heating in the room was not as effective as we would have liked, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough for our liking. On the bright side, we appreciated the presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room, which helped us kickstart our mornings. The sitting area was cozy and provided a nice space to relax after a long day of exploring. we did notice that the rooms were not as soundproofed as we had expected, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times. The lack of garden furniture was a missed opportunity for enjoying the outdoor space, and we also found the free toiletries provided to be of lower quality compared to other hotels we've stayed at. We were grateful for the am/fm alarm clock, which helped us stay on schedule during our trip. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings, but we felt that the carpeted floors could have been cleaner. The absence of a laundry service was a bit inconvenient, as we had hoped to refresh our clothes during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink offered upon arrival, which was a nice gesture from the hotel.

The Ramsey Hotel was a dream for families like mine near Dolly Parton's vibrant Stampede, the majestic Grand Theater, and the lively Country Tonite Theatre—all within a stone's throw. The staff's attentiveness, spotless pool area, and mouthwatering breakfast spread made our family stay unforgettable.
My wife says that for families with children, adding more kid-friendly menu options at breakfast would be beneficial.

Our second time here and still loving it! The location and hotel environment are fantastic. We had a great time watching movies by the pool at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we appreciate their attentiveness. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast included was a great added bonus. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the fire pit for post-swim relaxation. The on-site restaurant and comfortable lobby made it convenient to unwind. The price was reasonable, and the hotel was perfect for our family getaway.
One small disappointment was that the room we were assigned was older and not as advertised. It wasn't as clean as we had hoped, and the toilet was unstable with water all over the floor after showering.

the rooms were clean and updated with amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. the indoor pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection with plenty of seating. the staff was extremely helpful, and the lobby was beautiful. the location could not have been better, and we were very happy with our experience. we would definitely stay here again.

the rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfy. the hotel's hidden - but it's got easy parking. the staff at the front desk are friendly and the breakfast has lots of choices. the 24-hour pool is a bonus.
